Most of us She's will unfortunately encounter and navigate issues of sexual harrassment and/or discrimination in the work we do and the communities we enter to some degree or another. Intimacy coordination and safer working conditions have been emerging and there is work being done and more work to do. Establishing and articulating our own personal boundaries and understanding of what is and is not okay is vital for self care and work place safety, and can help us encounter situations that arise with as much clarity and self love and respect as possible. In this workshop we will take some time to discuss and define our own needs and expectations around how we deal with these issues and how best to advocate for ourselves and create safe working rerlationships. We will share and compile resources for further support and education on these topics. **Topics may be sensitive and triggering. I am not a mental health professional. All are welcome. Please consider carefully before participating if you feel you may need more specialized support.
